MBL Holder Subscription Guide
Connect ONTO Wallet and link your MovieBloc account, and you can enjoy subscription benefits just by holding MBL.
01Before you start
Please have these four things ready.
- Device
- A desktop browserYou can't start a wallet connection on mobile. Once connected, you can see your balance on mobile too.
- Wallet
- ONTO Wallet extensionSet the ONTO Wallet network to MainNet.
- MBL
- MBL in your own walletMBL held on an exchange doesn't count toward your balance.
- Account
- MovieBloc accountIf you don't have one, you can sign up with a social account while linking.
02Connect ONTO Wallet
Connect with a single signature. We never move or withdraw your assets.
- Click "Connect wallet" in the header
In the dialog, click Connect.

If you can't see the window, click the extension icon in your browser. The signature request expires after 5 minutes.
- Connected
The header button changes to your wallet address.
MovieBloc never asks for your seed phrase or private key, and never asks you to connect a wallet or sign through a private message.
03Link your MovieBloc account
Once your wallet is connected, link it to your MovieBloc account.
- Click the account link button
In the "Wallet connected" dialog, click Link MovieBloc account. In the wallet panel, click Link account.

If your balance is enough, you'll see "Subscription benefits have started." If it's short, we'll show how much more MBL you need to hold.

MBL Holder Subscription gives you the same benefits as a paid subscription. The lineup follows the MovieBloc subscription page and may change with operations.
05Status and your balance
Your status changes with your balance.

| MBL Holder | You hold at least the required amount, so you can enjoy the benefits. |
| On hold | Your subscription benefits are on hold. Your account link stays, and you can use them again once you top up your balance. |
| Not linked | You connected a wallet but haven't linked a MovieBloc account yet. |
If your balance drops below the required amount, playback may stop even while you're watching.
06FAQ
Connect & link
Can I sign up with an email address?
While linking, you can only sign up with a social account (Google · Kakao · Apple · Naver), because the verification email can't return to the linking window. To sign up with email, first create an account on MovieBloc, then link it.
How do I use MovieBloc after linking?
A linked account opens already signed in when you click "Open in MovieBloc". Linking doesn't sign you in automatically.
I see "This wallet is linked to another MovieBloc account"
That wallet is already linked to another account. Sign in to that account or connect a different wallet. Trying again gives the same result.
The popup doesn't open
Your browser may have blocked the popup. Allow popups in the address bar, then click "Reopen window". A linking request must be completed within 15 minutes; after that, start again on the Foundation site.
"Please try again shortly" keeps appearing
Trying to connect several times in a row is temporarily limited. Try again in about 15 minutes.
Benefits & balance
How much is the required amount?
The current required amount is 1,000,000 MBL. Hold at least this much to enjoy the benefits; if your balance falls below it, your benefits go on hold. The required amount is set by our operating standards, and we'll announce any change in an in-service post before it takes effect.
I linked, but my benefits haven't started
They don't start while your balance is below the required amount. Top up, then visit the Foundation site again and we'll check automatically. Balances are checked periodically, so it can take a few minutes to reflect.
What happens if the required amount changes?
We'll announce it in an in-service post before changing the required amount. The new amount applies at the next balance check: if it goes up and your balance falls short, your benefits go on hold until you top up. If it goes down, members who were on hold can use their benefits again.
I'm already paying for a subscription. What happens if I link?
Your paid subscription stays as it is, and the MBL holding requirement doesn't apply to it.
You don't need to cancel — just keep using it as you do now.
Unlink
What's the difference between disconnecting my wallet and unlinking my account?

Why can't I unlink a wallet I registered on MovieBloc here?
A wallet registered on MovieBloc is used for withdrawals.
For your safety it can't be unlinked on the Foundation site — please unlink it on MovieBloc.
